• Society and Circuit Steward at the Ghana Methodist Church, Toronto, and the Canada Circuit.
Bro. Somuah has been an Accredited Local Preacher for 22 years, actively proclaiming the Word of God. While in Germany, he also served as Presiding Elder of the African Christian Fellowship in Wuppertal for 11 years. His ministry has always focused on evangelism, outreach, and nurturing faith communities.

He later pursued higher education in Canada, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Humber College and the University of New Brunswick.
My professional career began with National Service at Central International School, Kumasi and continued with work in industrial firms in Germany. In Canada, he worked as a Developmental Service Worker with Vita Community Services. Since 2009, he has been serving as a Surgical Nurse at William Osler Health System–Etobicoke General Hospital, providing dedicated care and demonstrating his passion for serving humanity.
Vision and Commitment
Bro. Eric Sasu Somuah exemplifies a profound commitment to faith, family, education, and community service. My mandate as Lay Chairman of the North America Diocese is to serve the church with humility and devotion, working in close collaboration with the Diocesan Bishop and to strengthen the mission of the Methodist Church Ghana in North America.
